Other Things to Note

🏊‍♂️ Pool:
Due to the large increase in natural gas costs in California, pool heating is offered at an additional charge of $100 per day from Sep 16th to April 30th, or $50 per day from May 1st to September 15th, with a two-day minimum. Guests just need to pay for the specific days needed. 24-hour advance notice is required, as it will take at least 8 hours for the pool to heat up. Thank you!

🔐 Security:
Exterior cameras are located around the outside of the property — front door, driveway, side, and backyard. There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras are for safety and incident review only.

🐾 Pets:
Pets are welcome with prior approval! 🐶 An extra $150 pet cleaning fee applies — max 2 pets, under 30 lbs.

🧹 Maintenance:
Pool techs & gardeners may stop by to keep everything fresh & clean. They’ll be quick and respectful of your privacy.

🛁 Pool person may visit: Mondays & Fridays
🌿 Gardener may visit: Monday

🚫 Parking:
Please avoid blocking the sidewalk to prevent tickets 🚓
